Hello.
I was hoping to ask a few questions about mortgage in Poland for foreigners.
I am a foreigner, from Czech Republic, living in Wroclaw. Because I work in Czech Republic, I am currently unable to get a mortgage in Poland.
However, I have been offered a chance by my company to start working "self-employed" in Poland (B2B).
My stable monthly gross income would be 14k PLN, I do not have any expenditures connected to self-employment. The goal would be to buy a house with garden (secondary market) near Wroclaw, for around 1 mln PLN, own contribution would be 500k PLN.
Is there a chance that some Polish bank would give me a mortgage, if I start working "self-employed" here?
How many months would I have to work "self-employed" before being able to get a mortgage?
Some additional info about me: I have never had any loans, I am 32 years old and I work as IT engineer. My girlfriend is of Polish origin, we expect our first child in august. I do not have currently any kind of residence here (no PESEL).
Thank you for your help.
