Dzień dobry . Czy restrukturyzując kredyt należy mi się zwrot prowizji, odsetek?

Restrukturyzacja zwykle oznacza wydłużenie terminu spłaty kredytu, a w takim przypadku zwrot prowizji nie należy się.

Odsetki nigdy nie są zwracane. Są one naliczane z dnia na dzień od aktualnego salda zadłużenia, a zatem nie są płacone z góry.
