Dzień dobry. Od 2017 roku mam kredyt hipoteczny, skorzystałem również z MDM. Chcąc nadplacac kredyt dowiedziałem się ostatnio że przy każdej próbie nadpłaty pobierane będzie z konta 200zl niezależnie od kwoty nadpłaty. Czy faktycznie Bank miał prawo zapisac coś takiego w umowie?

Tak, jeśli dostałeś taką informację wraz z TOiP obowiązującym w dniu podpisania umowy kredytowej, to wszystko jest ok.
